Full Job Description We are looking for an experienced and dependable Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Administrator to join our client's administrative team. This is primarily a full-time, in-office position, although a qualified candidate interested in part-time work may also be considered. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Process daily cash receipts, deposits, credit card deposits, and incoming wire transfers Maintain customer accounts and accounts receivable records Generate and send customer invoices Research payment issues, chargebacks, returns, and bad checks Respond to customer accounts receivable questions and follow up as needed Assist with collections and contacting customers regarding overdue accounts Prepare account analysis and assist with monthly closing Accounts Payable Review and approve invoices and vouchers for payment Prepare accounts payable checks and reports Maintain accounts payable files and records Audit freight bills against freight manifests Respond to vendor inquiries Analyze vendor accounts and assist with payment terms when needed Assist with monthly closing and special projects General Office Support Answer and screen telephone calls and respond to correspondence Process incoming and outgoing mail, email, and other correspondence Greet visitors and direct them appropriately Order and maintain office supplies Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and reservations Organize and maintain files and records Prepare reports, receipts, invoices, statements, and other documents Provide general administrative support as needed Qualifications Previous experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable communicating with customers and vendors by phone and email Good organizational and follow-up skills Ability to handle confidential financial information Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Client Benefits Package Medical Dental HSA account 401(k) employer match Paid time off Great longevity among team Pay: $20 to $25 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacific Staffing, LLC
