We're looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Legal Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional interested in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or the legal industry. You'll gain hands‑on experience supporting recruitment initiatives while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll provide support to our recruiting team and help ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities include: Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications. Provide administrative, scheduling, and logistical support to the Talent Acquisition team. Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation. Respond to routine inquiries and elevate issues as appropriate. Support campus recruiting events and in-office recruiting receptions. Assist with candidate travel reimbursement processes. Contribute to team projects and process improvements. Develop proficiency with recruiting tools and technologies while continuously building new skills. What You’ll Bring We're seeking someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program. Previous part‑time work experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new technologies and systems. Why Join Us?
