Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to develop effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique circumstances, using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor progress to ensure the best outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Deliver teletherapy services effectively for clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions, employing a variety of digital tools and platforms to enhance the therapeutic experience.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to ethical standards and compliance regulations while ensuring quality documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to enhance clinical competencies and stay abreast of current trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Our clientele spans various ages and backgrounds, and your role will be integral in helping them navigate their mental health challenges and achieve personal growth and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential to fulfill the clinical requirements of this role.
