HR Generalist

We are looking to strengthen our team at our site in Newport News . HR Generalist Muhlbauer, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist located in the Newport News, VA area to support our US team members. The HR Generalist will handle functions such as administration, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and screening resumes to interviewing candidates. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company. Address employee relations issues, provide guidance to managers and employees, and resolve conflicts. Administer employee benefits. Process payroll. Manage HRIS systems, maintain employee records, and ensure the accuracy of HR data. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Assist in other duties as assigned. Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms. Organize work behavior with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Build rapport, foster trust, and connect with people. Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
