This position features a remote work setup within an outpatient office framework, allowing counselors to conduct therapy sessions through telehealth or in-person settings. Our operating hours extend from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing flexibility in scheduling to accommodate your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma history and tailor appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience-building, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), through individual and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated care experience for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies to promote safety and stability.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and resources that can aid in their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all client information is securely managed.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities focused on trauma-informed practices, contributing to ongoing team education and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma. This includes children, adolescents, and adults needing specialized care and support to navigate their mental health challenges. You will assist clients in processing traumatic experiences, building resilience, and developing effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license to practice as an LPC in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, with guaranteed pay and annual increases. Additionally, you will be eligible for bonus opportunities as recognized by the practice.
