Workday Tech Architect - Healthcare

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Deep expertise in Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs) Strong experience in data conversion, migration, and data quality management Proven ability to design scalable enterprise architectures and integration patterns Hands‑on experience with Workday Extend, reporting, and custom solution development Exposure to AI/automation and modern data platforms to enhance Workday capabilities Strong client‑facing presence with the ability to articulate solutions, lead technical discussions, and support sales efforts by instilling confidence with prospects and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to support business development by leading technical solutioning discussions, presenting to prospects, and serving as a trusted advisor in client‑facing engagements Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures (data lakes, warehouses) Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and large‑scale Workday implementations Experience with reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Prism Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) Knowledge of security frameworks, data privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX) Compensation: Base salary range: $175,000 - $225,000. Total estimated compensation (including annual incentive program): $227,500 - $303,750.
