Salesforce Consultant, Change Management [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Consultant, Change Management based in the United States.

The Salesforce Consultant, Change Management will help organizations successfully navigate complex digital and organizational transformations.
You will develop and execute change strategies that support adoption of cloud technologies and Salesforce-based solutions.
Working directly with customers and cross-functional project teams, you will turn business needs into practical adoption, communication, and training strategies.
The role combines structured change methodologies with an understanding of organizational culture, human behavior, and the realities of technology implementation.
You will act as a trusted change leader, guiding stakeholders through readiness, engagement, training, adoption, and long-term sustainment.
You will also contribute to a growing consulting practice by developing best practices, strengthening internal capabilities, and identifying new opportunities.

Accountabilities:

• Serve as a change management thought leader across consulting engagements, developing strategies that enable successful digital, organizational, and cloud technology transformations.
• Champion change throughout customer projects and help stakeholders understand, adopt, and effectively use newly implemented solutions.
• Partner strategically with customers to determine the most effective approaches to user adoption based on organizational needs, culture, and business objectives.
• Train customers on implemented solutions and provide practical guidance on embedding change within their organizations.
• Collaborate with superusers and key stakeholders to ensure employees have a voice throughout the implementation and transition process.
• Quickly build expertise in new Salesforce capabilities, product releases, and major platform developments, and share knowledge with colleagues through training and mentoring.
• Assess organizational culture, business strategy, stakeholder needs, and change-related opportunities and challenges.
• Apply established change management methodologies alongside an understanding of individual and organizational psychology to influence sustainable behavioral change.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, internal teams, consulting partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide change management expertise across program strategy, change design and execution, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communications, training, project management, business process design, sustainment, and measurement.
• Conduct business interviews, facilitate client workshops, and translate findings into actionable change strategies and deliverables.
• Support the continued growth of the consulting practice by contributing to internal infrastructure, methodologies, best practices, client relationships, and business development opportunities.
• Operate effectively in an entrepreneurial, rapidly evolving environment while helping strengthen scalable approaches to change management delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, business technology, change management, or a relevant functional domain.
• Demonstrated experience successfully delivering change management initiatives, including change assessments, change impact analysis, role and job design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communications, education, training, user adoption, measurement, and sustainment.
• Experience in general management or software consulting is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to work effectively in technical environments, particularly technology implementations involving Salesforce products.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Contact Center solutions, Field Service, Salesforce CPQ, and/or Tableau is a plus.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks, methodologies, tools, templates, and techniques.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products and organizational environments is preferred.
• Working knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Chatter, Quip, Smartsheet, and Slack is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage audiences at different organizational levels.
• Strong business and technology acumen, combined with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate technical concepts into practical business and adoption strategies.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand organizational dynamics and influence behavioral change.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Highly adaptable, collaborative, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving consulting environment.
