What You’ll Be Doing - Construction Industry experience required! Accounts Payable (Money Out)

• Keep the vendors happy: Match POs, verify invoices, and run weekly payments smoothly.

• Keep records tight: Manage vendor files, W-9s, and tackle statement discrepancies like a detective.

Accounts Receivable (Money In)

• Keep the cash flowing: Send out customer invoices, progress billings, and apply payments.

• Stay on top of aging: Keep an eye on outstanding balances, handle lien waivers, and kindly clear up billing questions.

⏱️ Payroll Administration

• Make sure everyone gets paid: Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll and double-check timecards.

• Manage the employee lifecycle: Handle onboarding, changes, and exits in the payroll system.

• Stay compliant & secure: Keep employee data strictly confidential and help out with W-2s and year-end reporting.

General Accounting & Support

• Close the books: Help crush month-end/year-end closing and reconcile bank/credit card accounts.

• Support the squad: Assist Project Managers with job costing, tracking, and custom financial reports.

salary: $22 - $26 per hour
