Sales Operations Manager

**THIS IS NOT A ROLE WITH FORCEBRANDS** I'm partnering with a fast-growing, better-for‑you beverage company that's looking for a Sales Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of its commercial team. This isn't a sales role. It's the person who makes the sales organization more efficient by ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. You'll own: Customer onboarding and retailer setup Broker management and support Promotional planning and execution Sales reporting and analytics Pricing and commercial documentation Inventory reporting and forecasting support Trade show coordination Cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations We're looking for someone who: Has experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Trade Marketing, or Sales Support Comes from CPG, preferably beverage or food Is highly organized and thrives on process improvement Is comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and retailer portals Enjoys enabling others to succeed and solving operational challenges This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure across a growing commercial organization with significant long-term growth potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
