Bilingual Administrative Assistants - Warehouse SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Bilingual Administrative Assistants - Warehouse for a company in Bolingbrook, IL. The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers to ensure smooth workflow. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Available shifts include: 1st Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday Bilingual Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and timely in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse operations. Prepare shipping documents, Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, shipping labels, and related documentation. Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, inventory inquiries, and special requests. Monitor order progress and resolve shipment discrepancies promptly. Perform inventory adjustments, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate with transportation providers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Maintain customer files, shipping records, and operational documentation. Assist in scheduling appointments for inbound deliveries and outbound shipments. Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation. Bilingual Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications: Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum 1 years of warehouse administration, logistics, or customer service experience. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
