Responsibilities Build relationships with local businesses and community members. Educate clients on Aflac's supplemental insurance products. Conduct benefits presentations in English and Spanish. Assist employees with enrollment and policy questions. Develop new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting. Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to obtain a state Health and Life Insurance License (if not currently licensed).
