Key Responsibilities and Duties Plan, coordinate logistics, and execute location-based internal-focused events, including GCSAM, Deal Day, and tabling events Develop and manage internal communications, including digital signage content Support Thought Leadership initiatives Manage shared mailboxes Coordinating speaking engagements with partners Reviewing and renewing partnerships on an annual basis Hosting regular touchpoints with partners Managing the volunteer bench for student engagement opportunities Planning and executing student engagement commitments throughout the academic year (e.g., career fairs, classroom speaking engagements, conference sponsorships, capstone projects) Manage swag inventory for internal and external events Manage budget related to events Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level Career Level 7IC Required Required Skills 3+ years of IT and/or Cybersecurity experience Experience with event planning and/or logistics coordination Preferred Skills Strong organizational management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to varied audiences Ability to speak broadly and knowledgeably about cybersecurity concepts and functions Strong organizational management skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders Comfort working across internal associate audiences and external client/student audiences Ability to support the creation of thought leadership materials such as PowerPoint decks, flyers, digital signage, etc. Related Skills Accountability, Adaptability, Business Continuity Planning, Cloud Computing Security, Collaboration, Communication, Compliance, Consultative Communication, Cybersecurity, Detail-Oriented, General Risk Management, Network Security, Prioritizes Effectively Compensation Anticipated Posting End Date: 2026-11-06 Base Pay Range: $93,100/yr - $129,000/yr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
