To elevate CRM strategies, the full-time Senior CRM Manager will independently manage lifecycle marketing campaigns, coach a CRM Executive, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle strategies aligned with business objectives Manage and mentor a CRM Executive, setting clear goals and providing feedback Set the creative vision for lifecycle communications and innovate campaign concepts Required Qualifications: 5+ years of lifecycle/CRM experience, preferably in D2C or comparison Strong creative background with a proven track record of high-performing campaigns Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with Braze or equivalent platforms is a plus
