Role Description
Als CRM & Automation Manager bist du der technische Architekt unseres Unternehmens und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Lead in der Customer Journey lückenlos erfasst und optimal betreut wird. Dein Erfolg misst sich an einer glasklaren Datenbasis und steigenden Conversion-Raten.
DEINE MISSION BEI UNS:
- Du verwaltest und optimierst unsere CRM-Systeme (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) und stellst sicher, dass jeder Lead sauber erfasst und nachverfolgt wird.
- Du baust und pflegst Automatisierungen wie E-Mail-Flows, Lead-Nurturing und Retargeting.
- Du unterstützt unser Funnel- & Sales-Team durch Segmentierung und personalisierte Customer Journeys.
- Du sorgst für einheitliches Tracking durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Performance- & Sales-Team.
- Du richtest Pipelines und Deal-Stages in HubSpot ein und pflegst diese.
- Du integrierst Funnel-Tools (z. B. OnePage, ThriveCart, Webinarsysteme) mit HubSpot/ActiveCampaign.
- Du implementierst Tagging & Lead-Scoring, um Hot Leads frühzeitig zu identifizieren.
- Du erstellst E-Mail-Sequenzen (Welcome, Warm-up, Follow-up, Re-Engagement).
- Du übernimmst das Monitoring & Reporting wichtiger Kennzahlen wie Öffnungsraten, CTR, Funnel-Durchlauf und No-Show-Rates.
Qualifications
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und Optimierung von CRM-Systemen (insbesondere HubSpot) mit.
- Du hast technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, CRM-Systeme mit anderen Tools zu integrieren.
- Du denkst nicht nur technisch, sondern auch strategisch in Customer Journeys.
- Du bist eigenverantwortlich, verlässlich und arbeitest strukturiert.
- Teamplayer-Mentalität.
- Du arbeitest präzise und achtest darauf, dass keine Daten verloren gehen.
- Wir setzen mindestens Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau voraus.
