Position Summary Ensuring that all employees are trained in safety &maintaina safe work environment for employees by tracking Safety KPIs. Provide aid to any employees requiringsafetyassistanceand communicate withcorporateEHSteam to find solutions. Maintain allEHSfiles onsite. Essential Functions Provide safety training for employees on policies, regulations, and procedures. Advise the company’s administrative team on safety issues and compliance in specific projects and operations. Inspect and verify company compliance with relevant safety regulations. Record any incidents, maintain OSHA 300 Log, and follow up with Travelers for any existing claims. Ensure that all corporate safety KPIs are met monthly and satisfy corporate standard. Conduct safety onboarding for new employees, ensuring that all new hire documentation is completed and filed. Keep all safety files onsite organized and filed correctly. Conduct daily/monthly safety audits & track near misses. Conduct safety investigations and ensure corrective actions. Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes. Maintain safety policies & Safety Data Sheets. Performs all other related duties as assigned. Competencies Knowledge of health and safety laws and guidelines. Ability to recognize when safety conditions need improvement. Excellent organization and time management skills. Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish a versatile and evolving workload. Excellent in all forms of communication. Innovative, problem solver, flexible, and able to juggle multiple priorities. Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt well to change. Education and Experience High School Degree-Required; Bachelor’s Degree- Preferred. 1 to 3 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Knowledge of OSHA standards. Computer skills- Word, Excel, PowerPoint-Required. Safety experience-Required. Travel Requirements Occasional Travel for Training. Physical Activities Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like. Moving self indifferent positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces. Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods. Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another. Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions. Communicating with others to exchange information. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Operating machinery and/or power tools. Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment. Environmental Conditions Low temperatures. High temperatures. Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind. Noisy environments. Hazardous conditions. Poor ventilation. Small and/or enclosed spaces. Adverse environmental conditions expected. Physical Demands Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing. Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds. Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds. Heavy work that includes moving objects up to 100 pounds or more. Salary Pay Range

$70,000 – $75,000 USD
