This role is a remote position, allowing for flexible work arrangements while still being an integral part of our Hospice Center team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake and psychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with the Chemical Dependency Recovery Program (CDRP) treatment team, presenting these for recommendations, revisions, and final approval.
\n
• Participate in clinical case conferences, providing valuable insights and updates on client progress to ensure cohesive care strategies.
\n
• Lead educational lectures focused on substance use and chemical dependency, enhancing client understanding and community awareness.
\n
• Deliver individual and group counseling services tailored to addressing chemical dependency issues, employing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Provide specialized therapy services to adolescents, significant others, families, and multi-family groups as needed.
\n
• Manage cases by coordinating resources and referrals, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support through their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our work primarily involves clients with complex needs related to emotional and psychological challenges stemming from terminal illnesses, as well as individuals and families grappling with addiction issues. The LICSW will play a critical role in facilitating emotional support, coping strategies, and therapeutic interventions for these vulnerable populations. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington is essential.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in supervised addiction medicine therapy, specifically within the last five years, is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
