Redstone are working with a global dry bulk raw materials trading house that are expanding and looking to hire a Regional Operations Manager to oversee trading operations across North America. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Lead and manage trading operations for the company’s dry bulk raw materials business across North America, with a focus on coal, coke, cement, and cementitious products. Coordinate end-to-end operational activities including contract execution, shipping, documentation, and trade finance (including letters of credit). Work closely with trading, chartering, logistics, finance, and compliance teams to ensure timely and efficient end to end trade process. Oversee operational stockpile and inventory activities across the US and Canada. Lead a team regional operations staff, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives. Role reports to the VP of Operations. Key Qualifications / Experience 10+ years of experience in commodity trade operations, with a strong focus on dry bulk products such as raw materials, metals, grains, oilseeds, agricultural, fertilizers etc. (pacific coal, coke, cement and cementitious experience is advantageous but not mandatory). Proven experience managing and leading teams. Deep understanding of shipping, trade documentation, letters of credit, and logistics in the North American market. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Located in South Florida or happy to relocate (must have right to work in the USA).
