Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15222 (remote after initial training/onboarding)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (overtime may be required during busy season; off-season may fluctuate 32–40 hrs/week )
Start Date:  07/27/2026

Pay:  $18.75/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist members by phone (and potentially chat/message support) with benefits enrollment, plan changes, and general questions
• Translate complex plan terms into clear, step-by-step guidance for members
• Document every interaction with complete, accurate case notes in English
• Use plan documents and knowledge base tools to resolve issues and provide one-contact support whenever possible
• Maintain professionalism and diplomacy during difficult calls; tailor communication to each member
• Safeguard confidential information and follow HIPAA and data privacy requirements
• Participate in training, meetings, and performance coaching as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent  Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication
• Customer service experience required; call center/inbound phone experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and multitasking ability
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working across multiple screens/systems
• Able to type 30 WPM or faster
• High school diploma/GED required (associate/bachelor ’s a plus)
• Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment and following a structured schedule
