This position oversees associates performing a variety of loan servicing functions, which may include special servicing, loan workout, investor relations, and loan operations.Primary ResponsibilitiesEnsures the delivery of loan services/products to internal and external customersEnsures compliance with bank policy and all applicable federal regulations and state lawsParticipates in long-term or strategic planning for departmentDevelops and maintains written departmental policies and proceduresAnalyzes and reviews workflow for process improvementsDetermines departmental structure and allocates resourcesMeets established production and quality standardsManages departmental budgetProvides coaching and career leadership development for supervisors and team leadersPrepares reports and analyzes key metricsCollaborates with senior management in handling high-priority and critical issues, communicating with internal and external parties as necessaryAssists senior management with team reviews and assessing gaps in technical skills and knowledgePartners across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data (TODD) to ensure controls are designed, implemented, and monitored to strengthen risk management, compliance, and cyber security, effectively mitigating risk to levels within the company’s risk appetiteEnsures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts when designing or implementing changes to processes, systems, products, and/or servicesThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDNine (9) years of banking or related work experienceFive (5) years of supervisory or managerial experiencePreferencesBachelor's degree or college coursesBanking and leadership experienceSkills and CompetenciesAbility to research, analyze data and derive data-drive solutionsAbility to solve complex customer problemsAbility to supervise and manage a teamAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlinesDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong time managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of and ability to interpret applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidanceStrongly preferred: Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) acquisition experience Experience with MSR portfolio transfers, onboarding, and servicing operationsPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$110,217.80 USDMedian:$165,070.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan.
