Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, individualized assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and create effective treatment plans that reflect their unique goals.

• Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other effective practices customized to meet client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and coordinating necessary resources or referrals.

• Maintain up-to-date and precise records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with a team of health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care plans that address broader health considerations.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic techniques, and resources available within the community, serving as an advocate for their needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and educational resources to stay current with mental health practices and legislation.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist is required (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of related experience in delivering therapeutic services is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
