STAFF ACCOUNTANT


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
\u00b7 Process banking files with the company's bank
\u00b7 Review, audit and execute Accounts Payable
\u00b7 Setup billing process for new clients
\u00b7 Review and manage the Accounts Receivable process on an ongoing basis
\u00b7 Process and track all financial data within QuickBooks Online
\u00b7 Reconcile current bank accounts

Skills
\u00b7 Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, billing operations, or finance
\u00b7 Experience with ACH processing is preferred
\u00b7 Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is preferred
\u00b7 Experience with TPA systems
\u00b7 Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
\u00b7 High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
\u00b7 Ability to manage confidential financial information
