Lawn Maintenance Account Manager

The person who spots what a property needs before the client does, brings the solution to the table, and connects the dots between client expectations, production teams, and the company\'s growth goals. In this full-time role, you\'ll manage and grow a portfolio of lawn maintenance accounts, conduct site visits and quality walkthroughs, present enhancement proposals, generate estimates that protect margin, lead renewal conversations, and support maintenance supervisors and their crews in the field. You\'ll also keep client databases current and manage accounts receivable. Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of lawn maintenance accounts. Conduct site visits and quality walkthroughs. Present enhancement proposals to clients. Generate estimates that protect margin. Lead renewal conversations with clients. Support maintenance supervisors and their crews in the field. Keep client databases current. Manage accounts receivable. Qualifications Account management experience in the green industry. Genuine relationship-building skills with consistent follow-through. Ability to communicate well in English and Spanish. Ability to coach and lead field teams.
