As a Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in growing strategic customer relationships and helping organizations adopt solutions that support project oversight, documentation, and operational visibility. The role is focused on enterprise account growth, navigating complex sales cycles, and partnering with senior stakeholders across customer organizations to uncover expansion opportunities and deliver long-term account value.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth across strategic construction and infrastructure customer accounts.
- Develop account plans aligned to customer project pipelines and capital programs.
- Build relationships with project executives, VDC teams, and operations leaders.
- Identify expansion opportunities across multi-site deployments and enterprise accounts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and close complex six-figure opportunities.
