An industry leader specializing in developing creative and valuable media and financial solutions is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join its dynamic, insight‑driven team. This role will play a key part in supporting technical workflows, optimizing client programs, and ensuring seamless execution across complex, data‑rich initiatives. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients, helping them understand platform capabilities and best practices Translate client goals and performance data into strategic recommendations that improve outcomes and ROI Troubleshoot issues across integrations, tagging, pixel tracking, and campaign delivery Analyze campaign data, build reports, and deliver insights that support smarter decision‑making Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to advocate for client needs and influence platform enhancements Strengthen client relationships by providing ongoing guidance, support, and proactive communication Oversee multiple client initiatives, ensuring timelines, expectations, and deliverables stay on track What Success Looks Like Clients view you as a trusted partner who elevates their understanding and performance Campaigns run smoothly, with technical issues quickly identified and resolved Your insights lead to measurable improvements in campaign efficiency and ROI Internal teams rely on your perspective to shape product improvements and client‑centric solutions You maintain strong relationships that result in high client satisfaction and long‑term retention Projects move forward with clarity, coordination, and consistent execution Who You Are A client‑facing professional with 5+ years of experience in AdTech, digital media, or programmatic advertising Someone who understands the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and the workflows that connect them Confident navigating technical conversations, from implementation details to performance optimization Skilled in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and data analysis tools, with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets Familiar with APIs, SDKs, ad‑serving tags, and web analytics tools A relationship‑builder who can earn trust and maintain long‑term client partnerships Able to manage multiple projects at once while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed Salary Range: $110,000 – 125,000 per year, based on experience Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ To protect applicants, please note that this job is posted only on LinkedIn.com and Gainor.net.
