ou should have:
- Significant experience working in a busy, full-service restaurant kitchen
- Strong previous expediting experience
- Experience working with printed tickets
- The ability to confidently work multiple stations, including sauté/pasta, hot appetizers and salad/garde manger
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- The ability to remain calm and decisive when the board fills up
- Strong understanding of station prep, pars, food safety and kitchen organization
- A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
