- Serve as the primary accounting contact for operational leaders and support day-to-day financial activities.
- Prepare account reconciliations, financial schedules, and monthly reporting.
- Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the accounting function.
- Assist with process improvements, automation initiatives, and special projects alongside Accounting Leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with QuickBooks or another ERP system preferred.
- Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
