Now Hiring: Administrative Clerk Manufacturing

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $26/hour

Schedule: 40 hours/week (Overtime available with prior approval)

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations while providing exceptional administrative and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support across Sales, Production, Human Resources, Maintenance, and Shipping

Answer phones, emails, and other communications while managing multiple priorities

Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with daily operational tasks

Coordinate requests and ensure timely follow-up across departments

Support team initiatives and contribute to continuous operational excellence

Qualifications:

Administrative, clerical, or customer service experience required

Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)

Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
