Change Manager

Job Title: Change Manager - Energy & Chemicals Location: The Woodlands, TX (Onsite 3 days/week: Mon, Wed, Thu) Position Type: Full-time W2 Consulting / Contract (40 hours/week) Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000/year + Benefits About The Role Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to join our team on a long-term engagement supporting a leading energy and chemical client in The Woodlands, TX. As a Change Manager embedded within the client's Strategic Execution and Enablement (SEE) Office, you will provide end-to-end change management support across a variety of enterprise-level initiatives. You will partner closely with cross-functional project teams to drive adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure business readiness. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive Change Management Strategies and Plans for large-scale enterprise initiatives. Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and change readiness evaluations. Design and execute tailored communication plans, training strategies, and mitigation frameworks. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, leadership coaching, and team alignment sessions. Drive sustainment efforts, lookbacks, and post-implementation reviews to ensure long-term adoption. Support project teams across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models. Qualifications 5+ years of dedicated Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience leading end-to-end change initiatives. Proven industry experience within Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Energy, or Utilities. Hands-on expertise creating full OCM deliverable suites (Strategies, Impact Assessments, Training Plans, Comms, Readiness, Sustainment). Demonstrated experience supporting initiatives in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks. Excellent leadership coaching, consulting, and stakeholder facilitation skills. Ability to report onsite to The Woodlands, TX 3 days/week (Mon, Wed, Thu during core hours 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM). #J-18808-Ljbffr Randstad Digital
