Job Summary

Lead quality assurance and quality systems within a high-volume manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on PCB/PCBA assembly and electromechanical integration. Manage customer and regulatory audits, quality improvement initiatives, manufacturing issues, and cross-functional quality programs.

Job Title: Quality Manager 4

Location: Milpitas, CA

Key Responsibilities

Lead and maintain quality systems and assurance programs.
Manage customer, regulatory, and compliance audits.
Interface with customers on technical and quality issues.
Lead quality improvement, corrective actions, and problem-solving.
Support PCB/PCBA assembly and electromechanical manufacturing quality.
Partner with engineering, production, suppliers, and management to resolve quality issues.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and develop quality teams and establish quality policies, procedures, and controls.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of quality systems or related experience.
Previous Quality Manager / managerial experience.
5+ years of electromechanical integration and/or PCB/PCBA assembly experience.
3+ years of Lean Manufacturing experience.
Strong experience with Quality Assurance, QMS, customer audits, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Six Sigma Green Belt and compliance training experience preferred.
