We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Adelanto, California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who brings strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and confidence handling front-office and clerical tasks. The role will focus on maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and helping the administrative team keep workflows running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and provide detail-oriented front-desk support while creating a positive office experience.
• Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner.
• Organize, sort, and maintain physical records to ensure documents are easy to retrieve and accurately stored.
• Prepare copies of forms, reports, and other materials needed for day-to-day administrative activities.
• Scan paper documents into digital formats and verify files are saved correctly for future access.
• Enter routine information into office systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support general clerical needs within the administrative building, including handling paperwork and office documentation.• Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role.
• Ability to answer inbound calls clearly and communicate effectively with staff and visitors.
• Strong data entry skills with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with paper filing, numeric filing, and maintaining organized document systems.
• Proficiency in scanning, document imaging, and photocopying materials as part of daily office tasks.
• Detail-oriented presentation and demeanor suited to an administrative office environment.
• Ability to manage multiple clerical assignments efficiently in a structured workplace.
