Founded in 2010 by John and Kendall Antonelli, we have grown from a cozy neighborhood shop into a full-on cheese wonderland. We host tastings and events in our Tasting Rooms, ship curated cheese selections nationwide, and bring incredible artisan cheese to tables across Texas. Our team is passionate, positive, and ready to make someone’s day better, one wedge at a time. What is a Event Host? An Event Host is the heartbeat of our events. You are not just serving cheese, you are leading the experience. From the moment guests arrive, you set the vibe with warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm. You guide tastings, share stories, spark conversation, and make sure everyone feels comfortable, engaged, and excited to be there. Our events are casual, fun, and full of personality. Great cheese, great stories, great company. What You’ll Do Host with Confidence: Welcome guests with high energy and a clear, engaging voice that commands attention and sets the tone Lead the Experience: Guide tastings, share stories about cheese, pairings, and producers, and keep the group engaged Create Connection: Encourage conversation, laughter, and a shared love of food Deliver Beautiful Cheese: Ensure cheeses and accompaniments are served thoughtfully and handled properly Learn and Grow: Build your cheese knowledge through tastings, training, and hands‑on experience Schedule & Compensation Part‑Time Position Host about 3‑4 events per week (15‑20 hours per week); must have weekend availability since most events are on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
