Location: Bethesda, MD 20892 Position: 1 Public Trust Clearance required Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Case Manager III with extensive eDiscovery and litigation support experience. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience with Relativity or RelativityOne and the ability to independently manage multiple complex cases throughout the electronic discovery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Provide eDiscovery support simultaneously for multiple complex cases with minimal supervision Coordinate technical aspects of electronic discovery requirements Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the discovery lifecycle Provide expert consultation and guidance on eDiscovery technology and best practices Consult with case teams to develop technical strategies, requirements, and project goals Develop and implement project plans covering data collection, processing, document production, and trial support Advise legal teams on technology options for specific discovery requirements Recommend appropriate products and solutions for early case assessment, document search, and document review Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied Coordinate the efforts of team members in response to discovery requests Provide regular reports and metrics regarding project status and discovery phases Ensure incoming productions comply with applicable ESI specifications Identify production deficiencies and define appropriate processing requirements Coordinate processing activities through vendors and internal resource groups Perform quality control of completed processing results Assist with creating and managing review platform databases and workspaces Construct and run complex queries and searches Establish and manage document review workflow processes Train end users on eDiscovery technologies and processes Conduct training on new technology and process improvements Stay current with emerging eDiscovery litigation support technologies and processes May act as a Senior Case Manager and delegate day to day responsibilities to junior case managers Required Skills: Extensive eDiscovery and litigation support experience Experience providing eDiscovery support for multiple complex cases Strong experience with Relativity or RelativityOne Experience constructing complex searches and queries Experience creating batching and quality control workflows Experience generating eDiscovery reports Experience managing document review workflows Experience with data collection, processing, and document production Experience with ESI specifications and production requirements Experience performing quality control of processing results Strong understanding of the electronic discovery lifecycle Strong technical and analytical skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills: Relativity certification Advanced Relativity or RelativityOne experience Experience with early case assessment tools Experience supporting legal teams with technology strategy Experience training end users on eDiscovery technologies Experience coordinating vendors and internal resource groups Experience acting as a Senior Case Manager Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Legal Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
