Shift: Night Shift (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: 36 hours/week (3 shifts)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Labor & Delivery team. The RN will provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to laboring patients
• Assist and circulate in C-sections
• Monitor maternal and fetal health
• Support postpartum recovery care
• Collaborate with OB-GYNs, midwives, and care team
• Educate patients and families
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical standards

Requirements

• Active North Carolina RN License
• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• ACLS certification
• NRP certification
• Nursing Diploma, ADN, ASN, or BSN

Shift differentials:

• Night: $6.00/hr
• Weekend: $10.00/hr
• Evening: $3.30/hr
• Holiday: 50% premium

• Relocation bonus available ($2,500–$10,000 depending on distance)
