Sitting at the intersection of forecasting and execution, you will own the financial model while partnering cross-functionally to drive accountability business-wide. You will also ensure our financials and reporting are prepared to withstand rigorous investor and buyer scrutiny during future strategic milestones.What You'll DoOwn the Model: Build and maintain the full three-statement operating model, including revenue, headcount, CAC, and retentionLead FP&A: Direct all budgeting, forecasting, and rolling re-forecast cycles to guide executive decision-makingDrive SaaS Performance: Partner with GTM and Product leads to optimize LTV, payback, and retention metricsEnsure Transaction Readiness: Prepare financials, data rooms, and strategic materials for board members and potential investorsOperationalize Insights: Translate complex financial data into actionable plans for pricing, cost controls, and hiringModernize Infrastructure: Implement scalable tools and processes to enable real-time KPI reporting and dashboardsEnforce Accountability: Collaborate with leadership to set performance targets and drive business-wide efficiencySupport Strategic Scenarios: Conduct rigorous financial analysis to evaluate potential M&A or expansion opportunitiesWhat You Need for This PositionB.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar8+ years of Finance experience (at least 3 in leadership)Expert-level SaaS financial modelingExperience scaling financial infrastructureTransaction/M&A diligence experienceStrong cross-functional influence skillsAdvanced proficiency in finance softwareStart up experience highly preferredBenefitsVacation/PTOMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceBonusValuable EquityHybrid Work
