When the procedure begins, you're fully engaged—assisting the surgeon by passing instruments, holding retractors, and anticipating needs before they're spoken. You stay focused, sterile, and steady. Between surgeries, you help turn over the room, clean instruments, and ensure everything is ready for the next case. You are essential in keeping the surgical environment safe, efficient, and patient-centered.

To join this team, you'll need:

• A graduate certificate from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is highly preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Some experience in a surgical setting is helpful, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
