We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Training & Event Coordination• Manage end-to-end logistics for customer training programs and events (in-person and virtual)• Manage event timelines, agendas, room setups, AV needs, materials, and on-site execution• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, trainers, and external vendors• Support multiple events simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detailCustomer Experience & HospitalityDeliver high-touch customer experiences, including dinner reservations and hospitality arrangements for executive-level andhigh-end customers• Ensure a polished, professional, and welcoming experience before, during, and after training events• Proactively anticipate customer needs and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experienceRegistration & Event Administration• Manage online registration platforms, attendee lists, confirmations, and communications• Track attendance, special requests, dietary needs, and follow-up requirements• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to events and training programsOperational & Administrative Support• Coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics as needed for trainers or special events• Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination• Assist with continuous improvement of event processes, tools, and customer touchpointsJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
