Job Description Job Description This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Program Manager to be based out of MTA Headquarters in lower Manhattan. Be a part of our PMCM Team and a member of a growing organization, leading a Team that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. This position is working as a key member of the MTA’s Small Business Development & Mentoring Program, managing and responsible for the award and successful completion of numerous projects issued to Small Business Contractors and leading efforts to mentor and assist in the development of the firms towards becoming independent contractors doing business with the MTA. Projects are throughout the New York metropolitan area supporting all MTA Agencies with a typical value between $1M to $5M. Working from the MTA offices at 2 Broadway, the Program Manager will lead a Joint Venture team with the McKissack Group and several subcontractors to manage the resources and staff of the JV assigned to the contracts, coordinate with the JV’s Program for training delivery, and work in conjunction with the MTA Executive Management to improve and grow the size and effectiveness of the NYS mandated Small Business Development & Mentoring Program. #J-18808-Ljbffr
