Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for couples and individual clients, identifying their unique needs and treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, working with families to address issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief, domestic conflict, and communication challenges.

• Provide therapy sessions in both telehealth and in-person formats as appropriate, maintaining flexibility to accommodate client preferences.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions that align with best practices in the field.

• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment approaches as necessary to achieve positive outcomes.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultations to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Your therapeutic approach will be client-focused, working with a diverse range of individuals and families. You will engage with:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.
