Business Relationship Support Representative

In this role, you will:

• Provide support for a portfolio of customers
• Work with business client managers to maintain client accounts
• Oversee overall customer experience
• Handle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managers
• Help with customer associated risk management
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with internal customers
• Receive direction from leaders
• Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Treasury Management product knowledge and experience
• Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships
• Previous call center experience
• Strong telephone and email etiquette skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including MS Excel)
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

Job Expectations:

• The position hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET
• Must be available for 8 weeks in-office training
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule (following completion of training)
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Salary range:

• Charlotte, NC: $21.63 - $28.37 Hourly range
