About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales execution, building a world-class sales force, and contributing to the evolution of autonomous incident response. This role is pivotal in driving revenue and ensuring that the company's innovative AI SRE product, which addresses the critical issue of downtime and incident response, reaches its full market potential. The VP of Sales will have the opportunity to work closely with industry leaders and experienced founders, playing a key role in the company's growth and success. The ideal VP of Sales for this role at the company will be a strategic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the enterprise space. Experience in the AI or SRE industry is a plus, but not mandatory. The role requires a candidate who is adept at building and managing high-performing sales teams, and who can effectively communicate the value of the product to a technical audience. A deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing, is essential. The VP of Sales will also be instrumental in shaping the future of the product, so a collaborative and innovative approach is highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required, and an advanced degree is a plus.
