Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate in program planning and the organization of services that cater to the unique needs of our patients.

• Consistently communicate with healthcare providers, updating them on patient progress, challenges, and emerging concerns.

• Maintain meticulous, real-time clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with departmental policies to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

• Work hand-in-hand with multidisciplinary teams to create effective treatment and discharge plans, informed by comprehensive psychosocial assessments and accepted social work interventions.

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to patients, assessing and addressing a spectrum of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Engage with patients' families and support systems to coordinate treatment and discharge planning, ensuring a robust support network post-discharge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The predominant focus of this role is on individuals battling addiction and mental health disorders who are engaged in detoxification services. This patient population often experiences a multitude of challenges, including but not limited to emotional distress, social isolation, and barriers to accessing essential services. Your compassionate approach and expert interventions will play a crucial role in their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of 3 years of experience functioning in an outpatient healthcare setting.

• Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work or a related mental health field.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Exceptional capacity to work autonomously while being an effective team collaborator.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English, showcasing strong communication skills.

• Competency in using computer systems and software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience\n
