County of Santa Barbara Health is seeking a passionate and experienced health care professional to join us as a leader on the County Health team.
We currently have one (1) Full-Time Clinical Performance Improvement Coordinator vacancy in the Primary Care and Family Health (PCFH) division that may be home-based in Santa Barbara but will be required to travel throughout the County. The County classification title is Public Health Performance Improvement Coordinator .

- Coordinates the performance improvement program of selected regulatory and compliance programs; develops quality assessment and improvement criteria to monitor provider staff and activities in selected programs; develops and implements data collection systems for analyzing and assessing the effectiveness of health and medical care and services; collects data for research purposes and participates in grant preparation; incorporates research data into operational policies; analyzes collected information to identify current trends and unmet needs, and to determine whether providers are in compliance with state regulations and local policies and protocols.
