EHR Helpdesk Analyst – Epic Support (Remote) Location: Remote Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM EST – 3:30 PM EST) Duration: Long-Term Contract We are looking for an experienced EHR Helpdesk Analyst with strong Epic support experience to provide technical support for clinical and administrative users across multiple healthcare facilities Key Responsibilities: Provide Epic EHR application support and troubleshooting Support user access, account provisioning, and security requests Manage ServiceNow tickets and ensure SLA compliance Troubleshoot workflow, printing, integration, and application issues Support remote users, devices, and healthcare IT systems Participate in Epic go-lives, upgrades, and system testing activities Collaborate with Clinical Informatics and Technical Support teams Required Experience: 2+ years of Epic EHR support experience 2+ years of ServiceNow or enterprise ticketing system experience 2+ years supporting EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts) Healthcare IT support experience Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills Highly Desired: Epic Certification (EpicCare, Ambulatory, Security, Service Desk, etc.) Epic Ambulatory, Inpatient, ASAP, or HIM support experience Epic go-live and upgrade experience Behavioral healthcare or hospital environment experience
