Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct patient intakes to perform diagnostic and functional evaluations, making recommendations to the primary care provider regarding treatment goals and approaches.

• Assist primary care providers in recognizing and managing psychosocial issues, ensuring a collaborative approach to treatment within the interdisciplinary team.

• Document patients' progress meticulously in treatment charts, keeping all relevant parties informed while adhering to best practices for confidentiality and care management.

• Develop and implement relapse prevention plans for patients, addressing individual risk factors and establishing stability in their functioning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
