Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders both in-office and virtually.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinician will work primarily with a diverse group of clients who may experience a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. By actively participating in preventative and recovery-focused care, our LCSW will help to empower clients through their healing journeys, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
