Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM is looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused  Automotive Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator to join our dealership team.

This position is much more than answering phones. As the  first point of contact for our dealership , you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and exceptional customer experience from the moment guests walk through the door or contact us by phone.

Starting at $20+ per hour , based on experience.

Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available.

???? AUTOMOTIVE RECEPTIONIST RESPONSIBILITIES

As our  Dealership Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator , you will help ensure every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers, guests, and visitors entering the dealership
• Serve as the  first point of contact for dealership customers
• Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls
• Assist customers with questions and general dealership needs
• Direct customers to the appropriate  Sales, Service, Parts, or Management Department
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Help manage the dealership's front desk and reception area
• Support dealership departments with administrative and customer service needs
• Communicate professionally with customers and dealership employees
• Assist with customer inquiries and general dealership information
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Help create a positive customer experience throughout the dealership
• Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as needed
