Civil Engineer - Municipal Infrastructure

What You’ll Do

• Lead or support design of site, roadway, stormwater, and utility improvements.
• Manage project development, proposals, budgets, and client relationships.
• Prepare engineering plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging engineers.
• Assist clients with funding applications, permitting, and public engagement.
• Oversee construction administration and ensure projects meet expectations.
• Contribute to business development and proposal efforts as you grow into a trusted advisor.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in public infrastructure design and project delivery.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong understanding of AutoDesk design tools and public works standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
