Marketing, Social Media & Events Coordinator Position Type: Full-Time Reports To: Executive Leadership Position Overview A growing wellness organization is seeking an experienced Marketing, Social Media & Events Coordinator to support brand development, marketing initiatives, community engagement efforts, event execution and social media content development and presence. This individual will play a key role in elevating brand awareness, driving client growth, strengthening partnerships, and creating exceptional experiences through innovative marketing and events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment, and enjoys managing events from start to finish, building relationships and filming content, and coordinating beautiful branded materials. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Social Media Content Coordination Collaborate on content strategy, storytelling, and messaging to strengthen brand presence Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create compelling marketing materials including print items Film content and obtain client testimonials Support all marketing efforts and social media channels Support GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM data management and compliance with protocols Create compelling social media content to convey the quality and diversity of wellness offerings Post daily, or according to strategy, to drive engagement and sales Stay abreast of current social media trends and incorporate into social media strategy Events Coordinate all events, workshops, wellness experiences, and community initiatives. This includes every event detail such as Event Checklists, Staffing, Device Delivery, Consent Forms, GHL Profile creation and documentation Manage planning and execution of large-scale and intimate events from concept through post-event evaluation Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, sponsorships, and timelines. Coordinate event budgets with leadership oversight and approval. Identify strategic partnerships that expand visibility and enhance programming opportunities Create engaging experiences that increase attendance, community involvement, and brand loyalty Community & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, influencers, partners, and stakeholders Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and brand expansion Represent the organization at networking events and community functions Support client acquisition and retention strategies through marketing and outreach efforts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred 2-5+ years of progressive marketing and event leadership experience Experience in wellness, hospitality, healthcare, luxury services, fitness, lifestyle brands, or related industries strongly preferred Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media strategy, CRM systems, and marketing analytics Demonstrated success managing events and building community partnerships Exceptional project management and organizational skills Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Attributes Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities Passion for wellness and creating impactful experiences Strong attention to detail with high standards for execution Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire teams Flexible and adaptable with occasional evening or weekend event availability #J-18808-Ljbffr Centner Wellness & Spa
