Key Responsibilities

Communicate and coach team members on Chick-fil-A's policies and procedures
Oversee initial and recurring training to ensure continuous development
Support a positive work culture in both front and back of house
Collaborate closely with leadership to track and assess employee progress
Troubleshoot minor guest issues and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
Assist with side duties during non-peak hours

Required Skills & Attributes

Enthusiastic, courteous, and hospitable with a passion for operational excellence
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Patient, eager to learn, and comfortable with diversity
Willingness to step outside of role to support team needs
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
