Line Cook (Evenings)

We are seeking a dependable and motivated team member to join our kitchen during evening service. In this role, you will help prepare high-quality menu items, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in consistency, teamwork, and creating a positive guest experience through excellent food preparation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines Set up and stock workstations for efficient evening service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and food preparation areas Follow food safety, storage, and handling procedures at all times Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely ticket completion Monitor ingredient levels and communicate supply needs to the appropriate team members Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance concerns Assist with closing duties, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking for the next service Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred Ability to work evening hours in a busy, team-oriented setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent food quality Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and repetitive motions What We Offer A supportive and professional team environment Opportunities to develop kitchen skills and grow your experience Competitive compensation based on experience Great benefits including PTO and holiday pay Additional Information We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every team member is treated with respect and given the opportunity to succeed.
